Tahir is the latest addition to the Project Leaders Limited Board, appointed in June 2014. He has worked for PLL since 2010, and has carried out several challenging roles during this time.Prior to this, he held diverse senior roles at Amey PLC including being seconded to London Underground. Tahir looks after PLLs’ Health, Safety and Sentinel responsibilities. Tahir is a senior member of the Thameslink Railway System team with responsibility for managing the Delivery of Work Within Possessions in addition to his work as a PLL Director. Outside of work, Tahir has a keen interest in sports, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Robert comes from a background in strategy and programme Leadership that was initially honed by one of the Big 5 UK consultancy firms. His stakeholder management and thought leadership has seen him successfully enhance this capability at an executive level in the Rail Industry. Both his strategic and tactical leadership in delivery has ensured success in many major programmes including Southern Region New Trains Programme, Thameslink – Blackfriars Station Redevelopment and the introduction of FTN/GSMR system to the rail infrastructure.Recently he has developed and implemented the controlling minds concept for the Network Rail Anglia route , ensuring that the control period renewals and enhancement programmes are being successfully delivered. Particular areas of focus for him are the translation of strategic to tactical planning and delivering large scale infrastructure programmes. Married with 3 young children he is a keen boating man , and drawing on his South African and Irish roots, has developed an even keener interest in BBQ’s, and thus has acquired an impressive collection of bbq’s and recipes to suit from around the world.
Clive is an executive of Project Leaders Limited. He has been with the company since its inception and Chairman since 2010. Clive’s background is in finance. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was a partner in a London firm of Chartered Accountants for over twenty years. Currently he is also a director of three trading companies and advisor to several other businesses.He believes in being involved in the community and was treasurer of the Southwark Chamber of Commerce for over ten years. Other interests include being a Freeman of The City of London, a juror in the Court Leet of The King’s Manor in Southwark and Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Tyler’s and Bricklayers. He is a keen Anglo Saxon re-enactor with Regia Anglorum where he usually portrays a moneyer.
