With the sponsorship funds provided, the club was able to book a regular training venue in Mitcham regularly attended by 30+ players. Furthermore, the club was able to subsidise younger playing members, like students and those who do not have enough means to pay full registration and match fees. This has gone a long way to attaching these players to club from varying cultural and ethnic background.
The club also undertakes community and charity projects:
- Arranging and distributing food and clothes to the homeless in Central London
- Raising funds for charity by participating in a 10km charity run
The clubs season was also captured as a documentary in grass roots football, which was broadcast to an International audience on Sky Channel 784 and available on YouTube where it has had over 3,500 views:
